AP Testing and COVID19
In an effort to support virtual learning and accurate news regarding the Advanced Placement program, we will be sharing resources and information to assist your efforts.
First we want you to know that AP exams will take place online only.
Here is what we know:
Online Testing:
Testing Dates: There will be 2 dates available. (April 3rd CB will release dates with information about logistics for all exams).

Testing Dates: There will be 2 dates available. (April 3rd CB will release dates with information about logistics for all exams).
- All exams will be given on both dates.
- Exam setup: 45 minutes of Free Response Questions (more information about questions released on April 3)
- Language exam logistics will be addressed on April 3rd
- Students can use tablets, phones, computers, and an option to write their responses on paper and submit a photo.
- Colleges are committed to issuing credit for qualifying exam scores.
- What links or browsers will be used? Announce on April 3rd
- Schools or students will not be charged cancellation or unused test fees.
- Can students still sign up for exams, now that the March deadline has passed? CB has no answer at this time.
- Calculus BC-will not get an AB sub-score. Will students be able to switch to AB or add the AB exam to existing order? CB is working on a solution.
- College Board is determining which accommodations will be available for the new online test. ( Will be announced after April 3).
Online AP Classes and Review Sessions:
Beginning Wednesday, March 25, College Board will provide live instruction for 32 classes via the AP YouTube channel. Classes will be recorded and available for download as well.
